Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules for cancelling services and requesting refunds from NBDSC India (National Business Development Service Center), a Business Seva initiative operated by Global Aarthik Samajik Sahyog Society. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Service Nature

NBDSC India provides digital, creative, and business support services such as website development, branding, graphic design, digital marketing, MSME support, and related consultancy. These services involve significant time, planning, and resource allocation right after order confirmation.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of payment.
• Once work has started (planning, communication, design, setup), cancellation is not permitted.
• No cancellation is allowed for partially delivered or completed services.
• No cancellation for urgent/priority services.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only possible if no work has been initiated after payment.
• If initial work, design drafts, or setup has begun, the payment becomes non-refundable.
• In case of technical failure on our part, a partial refund may be issued after internal review.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing with valid reasons.
• Refund processing may take 5–15 working days after approval.

4. Non-Refundable Services

• Domain registration and renewal
• Hosting charges
• SSL certificates
• Third-party software, plugins, or premium tools
• Urgent service charges
• Any service where digital deliverables have been shared

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide required content, approvals, and communication on time. Delays from the client side are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

6. Project Termination by NBDSC

NBDSC India may cancel a project in cases of misuse, harassment, illegal activity, or violation of terms. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

7. Changes & Modifications

NBDSC India reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website.
