• You must respond promptly during project execution.
• Scope outside agreed deliverables may require additional charges.

5. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made as per the agreed plan.
• Work starts only after the required advance payment.
• Payments are non-refundable except under the Refund Policy.
• NBDSC India does not store card/UPI/bank details.

6. Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and depend on content submission, approvals, and technical dependencies. NBDSC India is not responsible for delays caused by the client’s inaction or third-party issues (hosting, domain providers, plugins, etc.).

7. Intellectual Property

• All website code, design, graphics created by NBDSC remain NBDSC property unless stated otherwise.
• Client-provided content remains the client’s property.
• Reproduction or resale of NBDSC-developed work without permission is prohibited.

8. Third-Party Services

NBDSC India may use third-party hosting, plugins, payment gateways, or tools. NBDSC is not liable for issues caused by any third-party platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for business loss, financial loss, data loss, or downtime.
• We are not responsible for errors caused by external service providers.
• We are not liable for delays caused by user errors or third-party systems.

10. Termination

NBDSC India may terminate services if any fraudulent activity, harassment, misuse, or violation of terms is detected. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

11. Privacy Compliance

Your use of our website also signifies acceptance of our Privacy Policy.
